The Value of Your Offer:The Plot Mountain Story and More

December 2014

Presentation by John Lazar

Delivered at Generative Leadership Community of Practice (GL CoP) monthly learning call

The Plot Mountain Story is a visual schematic (graphic) for what information to gather from a prospective client before making your coaching offer. Content from two papers by Bob Dunham (and excerpted by John Lazar) expands the conversation. The topics of value creation and coaching offers deepen our basis for making offers that are viewed as relevant and valuable. The facilitated discussion tied all three together.
