Phyllis Campagna is a Business Coach and owner of Excelsis Performance Strategies, a professional development firm. Sometimes referred to as a "professional mentor," she has built her 30 year practice primarily from client referrals, focusing on integrating and leveraging her clients' talents and goals to the next level. She is credentialed as a Chartered Business Coach (ChBC™) through the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches. This international designation is the highest level of certification available for her profession and in 2008 Phyllis was the first business coach in the United States to earn this prestigious recognition.
In addition, she is certified in both business and executive coaching through the National Association of Business Coaches, has completed advanced mediation training, is a member of the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO), a Leadership Illinois Alum (class of 2002), a member of Conversation Among Masters, and is currently Chairman of the International Ethics Committee for WABC. Her hobbies include genealogy, dancing, collecting Christmas movies, writing, and taking long road trips with her husband. Phyllis is currently a doctoral candidate at Middlesex University in London with an emphasis on business coaching.
At a critical time in my life, Phyllis Campagna agreed to be my executive coach. Her coaching style was different from anything I had ever experienced –challenging questions, focused listening, and frank feedback that supported me to find and implement my own answers. Her coaching and guidance have helped me make extraordinary progress in both my work and my personal life.
